3. Pre-Order Reservations

The pre-order form at cozyrelic.com/preorder allows you to reserve a spot in the first production run. The following terms apply to all pre-order reservations:

  • No payment is collected at the time of reservation. Your reservation is a non-binding expression of intent to purchase.
  • When your items are ready to ship, we will contact you at the email address provided with a payment link and final pricing confirmation.
  • Prices shown are estimates and may change based on final production costs, materials, and logistics. You will be informed of the final price before any payment is requested and may decline at that time.
  • Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis for the first production batch.
  • CozyRelic reserves the right to cancel or modify the pre-order program at any time. If the program is cancelled, no charges will be made.
  • Shipping is available worldwide. Rates and delivery times will be confirmed before payment is requested.
  • By submitting a pre-order, you consent to being contacted by email regarding your reservation.
